Executive Director Spontaneously Runs Marathon for A Tu Lado

Monday, March 4, 2013

He hasn’t been training. In fact, he rarely ever runs anymore (in the past 6 months he’s only run about 25 miles). But when he arrived in Bolivia last week, A Tu Lado Executive Director, Terence Steinberg, spontaneously decided to run the high altitude La Paz Marathon on March 10th to benefit A Tu Lado. The Marathon is at 14,000 ft above sea level, making it one of the highest in the world.

Terence has decided he is running no matter what. And while he may not need your support to complete the race, he welcomes your support for A Tu Lado. We are trying to raise $1,000 by race day. Every dollar helps provide critical equipment and train frontline responders in developing settings. Anything you can give is greatly appreciated.
